When people use the term pressure washing there are actually two main categories that this should be split up into.
1: Soft washing the exterior of a building. This is done by applying a chemical solution to the exterior surface of the building and letting it remove mold, algae, grime, etc. This doesn't include high pressure (1,000 psi - 4,000 psi) to the building. Why? Because high pressure on the exterior surface of the building is almost guaranteed to cause damage or water problems.
2: Pressure washing hard surfaces. This is done with a wand or orbital washer where high pressure water is shot at the surface from a close range to remove unwanted stains or debris. This is done typically at 2,000 - 4,000 psi.
We would love to soft wash your property. We would love to pressure wash your hard surfaces.
